Raylin Farmhouse

Located in the beautiful Mohican State Park and Malabar State Park ares, Raylin Farmhouse is a perfect getaway for family and friends. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. A wrap-around porch offers views of the serene countryside. After a day of hiking, boating, riding, or exploring come back for a relaxing evening around the patio fire pit.

Oak Grove Cabin

Nestled in a small valley surrounded by acres of scenic woods, our cabin is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Oak grove cottage is only minutes away from the beautiful Mohican River and State park which offer visitors hiking and canoeing opportunities and numerous other activities for the family. Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the different species of birds and wildlife that visit our wildlife feeders. Make family memories today!!

Tiny House

SUPER Tiny 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peaceful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is small so if you both want hot water showers should be limited to 5 mins). Features a spacious patio. Super close to the Mohican State Park Mountain bike trail! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable the sofa features a pullout bed. 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to Loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails.

A Home in The Country

This three bedroom house in Amish Country and near Mohican State Park. Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to make your meals and enjoy them. There is a laundry room. There is a patio for outdoor dining and a place to enjoy a fire. This home is in the midst of a working farm. A Home in the Country has well water and sometimes a slight sulfur smell. There are fields, woods, pastures and animals. There is no TV service, you will find a selection of DVD’s and games along with books.

The space

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests with the 2 extra cots.
The outdoor table and chairs and fire pit and grill are put into storage during the late fall and winter months.

Guest access

The entire house is for our guests to enjoy and will be their private residence while they visit. We supply one roll on holder and one extra roll for our guests’ use of
bathroom tissue.

Other things to note

There is a 3% bed tax in our county.

The Triple B

Totally Private!

The Triple B private walk-out basement apartment has its own access with over 1,000 square feet of living space which includes a private bedroom, bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. The kitchenette is fully equipped for our guest to enjoy the meals they prepare. We have available an outdoor grill, with seating for eating your prepared meals and a place for an outdoor fire. The fall colors are beautiful with a panoramic view of the hills of Glenmont, OH. No TV service; TV for DVD viewing.

The space

This space has a fold away bed and a foam mattress upon request plus a full size Murphy bed. We have included soaps, towels, and kitchen utensils which include a convection oven, electric skillet, and more a microwave and under the counter refrigerator. This private apartment looks out into the woods where you will be able to view all the little rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels and deer that roam the property. We are located within miles of Mohican State Park and the heart of Amish Country in Holmes County. Mohican is famous for canoeing, and plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and running including the 50 mile and 100 mile bike ride and the 50 mile run. We are located minutes from Shreve where the Des Dutch Essen Haus is located and serves Amish cooking. If you enjoy a good pizza The Buckeye Deli will be a good place for you. The Black Fork Bistro in Loundonville boasts of good food. The Prairie Peddler event, Pleasant Hill Dam, Mochian State Park, Loudonville Free Street Fair, Shreve Homecoming, The Antique Festival in Millersburg. There will be an additional fee of $40 for a two years old and above.

You will enjoy this private retreat with a private entrance, kitchen, dining area, living area, bathroom, and a washer and dryer. You are able to enjoy the privacy of the facilities both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor grill is put away during the late fall and winter months.

Other things to note

Mohican country offers canoeing, trails and hosts the 50 mile run along with the 50 mile and 100 mile bike ride. The Mohican State Park is minutes away where there are trails to walk and hills to climb for the adventurous guest. The Prairie Peddler, Pleasant Hill Dam, and Charles Mill Lake are near with a short drive. To the east is Millersburg noted for the Antique Festival. Des Dutch Essenhaus in Shreve for Amish cooking. Holmes County imposes a 3% bed tax on B&B’s.

Tourist home featuring beautiful rooms and accommodations in a newly remodeled Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Within minutes of  home. canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, festivals, and so much more!

The space

The Mohican room is beautiful. It features a king sized bed, private bath, with a soaking tub, and an additional small room that can be used as a changing room, office, or children’s sleep area.

Guest access

All guests can use the living room and dining room. There will be snacks available in the kitchen, but cooking will not be allowed.

Other things to note

Smoking will be allowed outside on the back porch. Guests are asked to be considerate of other guests while smoking.

The Pearl Getaway

Relax & unwind in our beautiful and clean 1,200 square foot home, fully-furnished and completely renovated getaway. Just minutes away from Mohican State park and Canoeing. This 4 bedroom, 1 bath home comes with a fully fenced in large backyard, perfect for grilling out, corn hole, and your own outside activities. And how fun would it be to bring your own tent and camp out in your privately back yard?! Charcoal grill and a stone firepit are provided.
