During the winter months (December 1st-April 1st), it is advised that all renters should have a vehicle equipped with either four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) to access the property. This requirement is essential for ensuring safe and reliable transportation to and from the rental property, especially during periods of inclement weather such as snow, ice, or other hazardous conditions.

The brand new kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counters, and everything you will need to whip up a memorable meal, including oils and spices! You’ll find bakeware, serving pieces, silverware, dishes, cookware, mixer, blender, toaster, and more! The breakfast counter features seating for two and a coffee/tea bar fully stocked for your enjoyment. The giant custom oak table offers seating for six, making it the perfect spot to gather! A brand new “laundry center” is also available in the kitchen. (Detergent provided.) The giant living room has a warm and cozy feel begging you to sit down and relax. Watch the game on the 65″ 4K smart TV. Make use of the bar or shoot some pool. Oversized, luxurious leather furniture offers the perfect hangout for your entire crew! The living room opens up to the outdoor living space which is just as special as the inside! A covered porch features comfortable upholstered outdoor seating that can be enjoyed in any weather. Gather around the stone fire pit and take a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the stars. Or fire up the gas grill (propane provided) for an easy, no fuss meal for you and your gang! There are two separate JJB Getaways rentals on the 10 acre property. Both rentals maintain their own parking, outdoor living areas and clearly defined yard. They share only a portion of the driveway. If you’re interested in adding more space to your getaway by including a second space please reach out! The second vacation rental sleeps up to 20 guests and has a private pond. Rentals operate independently of each other and can be rented together or separately. Please note: We do not provide firewood. There is a roadside stand that sells firewood just around the corner from the Lodge. Twin Oaks Farm is around the corner and they offer self serve firewood. (Cash only, cash box.) For the comfort of all of our Lodge guests there is no smoking or vaping permitted on the property. A $300 charge will be assessed for smoking, including butts left outside. We want you to be able to enjoy the property at the Lodge while respecting the property of the Lodge’s neighbors. This 2 bedroom home close to everything says vacation with sofa sleeper and matching loveseat and comfy recliner, the open concept allows meals, games, crafts, even work at the large table. The galley kitchen ready to prepare any meal. Enjoy the black walnut island. Fireplace remote, tv mount adjustable makes for easy living. Queen size beds with comfy bedding and a space for your things. Bathroom has walk in shower and laundry, slip out the sliding doors to hot tub and picnic table enjoy!
The space
This is a 900 square foot 2 bedroom house located behind the pavilion which is shared space with the Mohican tutor house on the front half of the property. Each house has its own hot tub and outside table. The pavilion is a great shared space that our vacationers really enjoy.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire guest house no steps or stairs at all and hot tub and table area behind the white fence we also have a curtain for added privacy outside. The empty lot is also shared space for outside games and fire pit areas and cars to park. Wi-Fi netflix and prime

This is a residential area, with that being said absolutely no parties. We ask that you be respectful of all of our neighbors, during the week quiet time is 10pm weekends 11pm. You are still able to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub just please keep voice down. Thanks
This 3 bedroom home, 3 miles from Mohican state park, is our favorite place to be. Located on Main Street you will enjoy the sounds of downtown, have coffee at Stelas and dinner at the Black Fork Bistro and don’t forget the many shops. At Stakes IGA you can plan a feast. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or play some games in the game room and arcade games from the past is always a blast. So bring your family and friends. The house sleeps up to eleven, 1st and 2nd floor full bathroom.

Everyone that walks through our door feels right at home. This is our happy place and love is the theme. The house features 2 queen size beds, a double and a twin. You will also find 2 sofa sleepers a double and a queen. Hot tub and game room. The Mohican region is gorgeous, black fork, clear fork, the Mohican rivers the parks, farms rolling hills, visit our neighboring towns Millersburg, Mount Vernon, Berlin; parks Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake. just to name a few. this is our vacation home we share with our family and friends and now with you.

when you stay here, please enjoy the Hot tub game room. we have the Pacman cocktail table for 2 players. 60 games total, yes it has galactic centipede donkey Kong space invader ect… shuffle puck and many board games for hours of fun. we also have fire pit and empty lot for all kinds of games. open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen makes the living space perfect for sharing a meal and making memories. the pavilion can be a shared space with the Mohican guest house on the back of the property. everyone does have private hot tub space
