The Loudonville Public Library spans over 26,000 square feet and is dedicated to providing materials and services for the educational, informational and recreational needs of the community. As a centerpiece in Loudonville, the library serves babies to seniors as well as the many visitors who come to the area for recreation. With book talks, author visits, historical programs, traveling exhibits, passive programs and classes the library offers a steady stream of learning opportunities for adults and seniors. Storytimes, summer reading program, STEM, crafts and after hour events for youth are all geared to their advancement. Campers love the many rainy day activities. The Early Literacy Play Space, board games and Wii station keep kids busy and learning. In 2022, the Perrysville Branch of the Loudonville Public Library was established. This Branch is a 24 hour library kiosk located at the Green-Perrysville Joint Fire District located at 181 E. 3rd St, Perrysville.
