Dinner will be a mixed greens salad with Italian dressing, barbeque grilled chicken breast, boursin mashed potatoes, & bacon and garlic green beans. Plus, Chef’s choice of dessert. Full bar available for purchase.
Opening Act: Justin Pedick Born and raised in Detroit. Justin, fell in love with comedy at a young age. He followed his dream to New York City where he quickly worked his was up to comedy clubs throughout the state. Upon returning to Detroit, he was named Detroit Metro Times Best Local Comedian in 2021. He’s performed in the Windsor Comedy Festival: Next Best Comic Competition, the Chatham Comedy Festival, and Vans Warped Tour. Justin’s Raw, no holds bar, observational comedy would be a blunder to miss.
Headliner: Paul Farahvar
Chicago based Comedian Paul Farahvar delights audiences with dry intellectual humor, centered on being the unmarried son of disappointed middle eastern parents. After becoming a paid regular at Chicago stand up clubs like Zanies, Comedy Bar and Laugh Factory, Farahvar left his legal career. Almost immediately, his clear ability to connect with audiences led to him being given the rare opportunity to host and produce his own monthly show called “Drink Date Laugh” about dating and another comedic game show called “Everyone’s a Lawyer” both at the World Famous Laugh Factory. He also regularly tours the country as a headliner and opening for national headliners like Demetri Martin, Jen Kirkman and Gary Gulman. He was runner up in the Chicago Reader for Best Stand up Comedian in 2021. His Dry Bar special is releasing in 2022. He is also the host of the Podcasts SINGLES ONLY! (SWSW 2020, Best Podcast 2021 ChicagoReader) and MAKE US A MIX TAPE (iTunes, Laugh Factory Channel, Stitcher) with Marty DeRosa, the comedy writer for Marquee Network’s “Off The Mound with Ryan Dempster” and a regular guest host on WGN Radio. He played “Karam Haddad” on NBC’s “Chicago Med”.
