The Triple B private walk-out basement apartment has its own access with over 1,000 square feet of living space which includes a private bedroom, bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. The kitchenette is fully equipped for our guest to enjoy the meals they prepare. We have available an outdoor grill, with seating for eating your prepared meals and a place for an outdoor fire. The fall colors are beautiful with a panoramic view of the hills of Glenmont, OH. No TV service; TV for DVD viewing.

The space

This space has a fold away bed and a foam mattress upon request plus a full size Murphy bed. We have included soaps, towels, and kitchen utensils which include a convection oven, electric skillet, and more a microwave and under the counter refrigerator. This private apartment looks out into the woods where you will be able to view all the little rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels and deer that roam the property. We are located within miles of Mohican State Park and the heart of Amish Country in Holmes County. Mohican is famous for canoeing, and plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and running including the 50 mile and 100 mile bike ride and the 50 mile run. We are located minutes from Shreve where the Des Dutch Essen Haus is located and serves Amish cooking. If you enjoy a good pizza The Buckeye Deli will be a good place for you. The Black Fork Bistro in Loundonville boasts of good food. The Prairie Peddler event, Pleasant Hill Dam, Mochian State Park, Loudonville Free Street Fair, Shreve Homecoming, The Antique Festival in Millersburg. There will be an additional fee of $40 for a two years old and above.

Guest access

You will enjoy this private retreat with a private entrance, kitchen, dining area, living area, bathroom, and a washer and dryer. You are able to enjoy the privacy of the facilities both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor grill is put away during the late fall and winter months.

Other things to note

Mohican country offers canoeing, trails and hosts the 50 mile run along with the 50 mile and 100 mile bike ride. The Mohican State Park is minutes away where there are trails to walk and hills to climb for the adventurous guest. The Prairie Peddler, Pleasant Hill Dam, and Charles Mill Lake are near with a short drive. To the east is Millersburg noted for the Antique Festival. Des Dutch Essenhaus in Shreve for Amish cooking. Holmes County imposes a 3% bed tax on B&B's.
