Locust Grove is an 1870's farm in the midst of being restored to her former glory. The homestead features an artesian spring, wild raspberry and blackberry thickets, an abundance of native flowering trees, a sugarbush and an apiary. Though there are currently no animals on the farm, there are plenty of wild deer, turkey, and more that may wander past your window. The north entrance to Mohican State Forest is just up the road from the house, offering plenty of great hiking and sightseeing.
A historic farmhouse in the beautiful rolling hills of the Mohican area, the house is plain and simple but the selling points are the fields and forests that surround it. The semi-private guest room is available to travelers, and includes a private half-bath.
