SUMMARY:Mohican Stream Exploration
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of exploration on the Clear Fork Mohican State Scenic River at Mohican State Park.  Fun for the whole family\, led by Ohio Scenic Rivers staff\, you’ll be catching aquatic bugs (macroinvertebrates) and learning how these tiny critters are connected to water quality. \n\n\n\nParticipants will also have an opportunity to learn more about becoming a stream quality monitoring volunteer with the Scenic Rivers Program.  \n\n\n\nThe event is weather and water-level dependent.  Please RSVP to receive the most up to date information by emailing Effie at Efthimia.Palassis-Naziri@dnr.ohio.gov. \n\n\n\nLOCATION:  Participants will meet at the Mohican mountain bike trail parking lot located across from the main entrance to Mohican State Park at State Route 3 south of Loudonville. https://maps.app.goo.gl/4n4u13oJVN6VV4GR8
